We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pastoral Support Worker to join our team at Ealing Alternative Provision. The Pastoral Support Worker will play a vital role in supporting the emotional, social, and behavioural development of students. The role involves providing individualised support to students who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream schools, and who may face a range of personal, social, or emotional challenges. The Pastoral Support Worker will work closely with students, staff, and families to promote positive mental health, well-being, and academic success, ensuring students have access to the resources and support they need to thrive.
